3by3by3 – A live audio and movement performance set within an immersive motion controlled light environment

The minimalist composer Rhys Chatham, the new media artist GH Hovagimyan and the sculptor Raphaele Shirley come together in an ongoing collaboration that joins light, movement, and audio within a site-specific architectural framework. This performance, titled 3by3by3, is a shared method of production using elements of experimental music, motion capture software, and sculptural lighting. It lives as an interactive bio-digital “son et lumière” installation.
